Texas Juvenile Deferred Adjudication Question?
most deferred prosecution cases are not made witht he agreement that if you complete all stipulations the charge will not appear on your record. Since you were a juvenile when it happened anyways, it should not appear on your record at all. I would call your probation officer if you had one and ask them. If you didnt have one then you can call (or go down to) the clerks office and tell them you never received anything from the court and wanted to make sure you didnt miss anything and that you need to know if it is on your record. Since its YOUR record they should be able to look it up for you and tell you.
