I can't send ANY mail. When I press send I get a cypher box than is unreadable by 3 adults. I am also told that I am an undesirable character. WHAT IS GOING ON???????? I can't sendout for customer help because this unreadable box blocks me. HOW ABOUT SOME HELP?????
