Stick Pivot Animator objects?

Hey evetyone. I do have stick pivot animator and know how to make videos and do whatever but I have one question. How the heck do you make them have objects or talk? I have no clue, how do you get the text up there, how do you put cars on the screen and other cool objects. Thank you!
