Hair Help for my friend?

wow...maybe yall should go to a beauty salon before her hair falls out.of just leave the underneath brown and redye the top part blonde ..and as for the thinning shears maybe you should let someone who knows how to use them right work on her hair im sure she would not appreciate being bald..good luck
