What can i do to replace my dashboard?

i own a 2002 Pontiac Firebird and its great and manages to look new everywhere but the interior, specifically the plastic switches of the dash, they are in good condition, but they make the car look too dated, where should i look to find any replacement dash boards and also the gauges to look more aesthetically pleasing
