Should I buy a 1994 Mustang GT or 1995 3000GT?

I have to decide on the 14th which one of these cars i want. 1994 mustang gt or 1995 3000GT. they are both 5 speed. both used (obviously). the 3000gt is $3,000. the Mustang GT is $2,500. The guy who owns the Stang now seems to have taken better care of his car and it has minimal damage considering it's age. the 3000gt, i'm 50/50 on as far as upkeep. The 3000gt is a v6 FWD (base model, not VR4 or SL, BASE) and the Stang is a v8 RWD. One of my other concerns are that the Stang will not hold it's resale value like the 3000GT, but if i pour money into mods, it could become worth more. the 3000GT has 101,000 miles on it and the Stang has 120,000 miles. Someone give me some advice here!!!
