I am only just starting out in the relationship world; is it normal to be groped all the time?

I met the guy a week ago, he quickly sped the relationship along and I am now going to bed with him. Only thing is that annoys me is the he will randomly grab my , put my hand on his whenever he feels like it and he doesn't brush his teeth and yet he still goes ahead and kisses me (with tongues), I have told him to brush his teeth and shave. I feel slightly uncomfortable with this, am I immature or am I doing something wrong? Is it ok that the guy I am with is 46? Is it a normal thing in a relationship to have them grab hold of you nearly all day all the time? I am not very horny compared to him I don't think but he constantly tells me he loves me and he doesn't know what he would do without me.
