I'm doing research on enticing a minor online ..?

I'd just like to know what the charges will be if a guy/gal entices a minor online. What if he/she crossed the state line to meet this "little girl/boy?" I'm sure it's called a felony. Where can I find more information on internet predators. Please help me out and let me know where I can find more research on that information and be specific. Thanks.
