Is this why many Canadians wrongly believe aboriginals are just whiners waiting for a handout?

I agree, the problem lies with greedy and self serving lawyers and ignorant government officials. The average Canadian is not getting the straight truth, so many are under a misconception. Many people are hurt and a few are getting rewarded.
