A friend of mine?

i have a friend of mine that is a neighbor. he is dissabled from the waist down and is a mongloid. he also has a lisps and studders. he is asking me to find him a girlfriend but i dont know how to say to him that no girls will ever like him and he has no chances having a girlfriend. i dont want to hurt his feelings, i only want to put him down slowly. advice please!!
