What are some good donation registration websites.?

I am planning on donating a few things to give back to a complete stranger, I had a good friend of the family not really me, when I was younger, she died of bone cancer. And I wanted to donate things like bone marrow, blood, plasma, that kinda thing...can anyone recommend any registration website that are well known.
