I need to lose 50 lbs?
I'm 250lbs and I'd like to lose 50lbs, I'm 6'1" 1/2, and I'm just getting back into Cage Fighting, I broke my hand, and tore my ACL. I was hoping someone could help me get back on track to losing weight, I'd prefer to walk around at about 210. I don't candy, I don't drink soda. I don't eat junk food. My favorite meals are basically Tuna Fish sandwhiches and Rice. My knee is a problem because I have to baby it while I lose the weight, I can't run long distances because of it. I have a weight bench, Pull up Bar, Medicine ball, and a Cycling bike to use at home. It'd be greatly appreciated for tips and such, also if you've dropped the weight I'd like to hear how long it took you, what you did, and what you ate.
