How to get him interested in ?

I've recently started a new relationship with an old friend. We've always had a thing for each other and get along great but theres a problem. I'm more ually active than him. He is very religious and I'm sure that he is against premarital . I don't want to pressure him into anything. I don't know what to do or think... Any advise?
