Hey does anybody like greggs bakery doughnuts devon slices etc?

right well they use the fresh cream inside u cant seem to get the fresh cream anywhere in places like tescos etc how do i make it at home for when i make cakes please help coz nobody ever doees these creams seperate in supermarkets just in cakes etc
