Could he be cheating? Or am i to Paranoid?

so me and my boyfriend are "madly" in love. at least i am, he works at a fast food restaurant at night to help support our bills and i also work. i work at our county jail making more than minimum wage. his first job he is a mover and make almost 20.00 an hour and is kinda obsessed wit money. more of a gotta work for the nice things we have obsessed. which i am to. but he seems to rather be at the night job and goes in early stays late and is constantly working there for only minimum wage. now the story from before we met is the GM used to hate on him CUz he was dating a "white" girl and she didn't approve and also she "wanted" him. (we r both hispanic and he's worked there before years ago) now since he is working to jobs and working at the jail has sum weired hours we never get to see each other too much and when we do sum times all it is he wants to go to work. we have a privacy rule with each others phone and we will not tap into each others Business so i don't look thru his phone. but he is always texting. lately it seems he's working alot more but his paychecks r around the same. am i jus being parinoid b/c i've been hurt in the past or does anyone else see things my way. i mean he's a great guy, orks all the time for what we got, sweet like i've never had before and i've had sum relationships were i look back and think "wtf wuz i thinking and why did i stay in a violent position like that?" he is attractive in my eyes,,,,, very and i know that them "little" girls up there think so to. once one pof them even grabbed his phone and took a picture of her self and put it as his background replacing mine. he did tell me that night and said he yelled at her. i dunno i am very confused and scarred i dont wanna loose him for a stupid skank or the gm.... help!!!!!!!
