Can ya please help me write a letter for my cousin?

Ok.My cousin Liz's 19th birthday is next friday and i wanna write her a nice letter just to let her know i'll always be there for her cuz i feel so bad for her.She got dumped by a boy named Carlos like 3 months ago.And then yesterday she had to break up wit the love of her life named Luis cuz he was movin to New York.So i just wanted to write her a nice letter just to let her know i'm thinkin of her but i dont know where to start and i really dont know what to say.Can ya please help me?Thanks ya
