Can someone give me advice on how to deal with adjuster after a car accident?

You may not want an attorney but that may be the best way to go. You used the words "forced to settle." If you settled the claim already, You may be out of luck unless you can prove wrong doing on the part of the adjuster and/or the company If the claim is still open and it should be if you are still hurting and the medical is something you are entitled to. There are way to many questions that need answered to provide a definite course of action in this forum. Attorneys are disliked by many, including myself until you need one and it looks like you may need one. r
